Jamie Medina is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the San Francisco Bay area and serves all of California. She specializes in working with adults, adolescents, children and families and addresses a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, trauma, depression, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, anger management, self esteem, and immigration. Jamie utilizes numerous therapeutic modalities including trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a relational approach.
